Christmas Deliveries & Extended Returns
Extended Christmas Shopping Returns: All orders made from our official webstore after 23rd November are eligible for extended returns until 28th January 2024 (Sunday) to cater for Christmas gifting. Please note, if you've purchased an ANCHOR & CREW from one of our trusted partners or stockists, your order will be subject to their own (extended) returns policies and please consult their published information for further details.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please order before 20th December (Wednesday) for UK deliveries and 13th December (Wednesday) for international and European addresses. For all UK orders made after 20th December, please select our special delivery upgrade at checkout. International orders made after 13th December may still arrive, but are not guaranteed. These dates are those as advised by Royal Mail for our level of expedited shipping business contract and we of course hope that everyone receives their orders in time for Christmas and will do our best to fulfil as quickly as possible. If your parcel is delayed after being successfully dispatched within the advised timeframes, we unfortunately can only apologise for festive delays on behalf of Royal Mail, all far out of our control. Based on experience of last year's festive period, +1/2 day delays will be expected after mid December, but deliveries not arriving in time for Christmas very, very minimal.

We endeavour to dispatch all ANCHOR & CREW orders on the very same working day if your order is placed before 4pm GMT & BST. All items are dispatched within a 100% recyclable, sealed and padded package, and also come with a white fabric pouch and one year warranty card. If your purchased item is worth over £50.00, you will also receive a collectable ANCHOR & CREW tin along with the pouch. Thoughtful and personal, we'd like the opening of your package to be a little experience.
You will be notified via email at all stages of the checkout process when your order is confirmed as successful and when we have dispatched your order. If you choose to checkout via one of our alternative payment options of PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or Google Pay, you may also receive a second confirmation email (please check your junk email folder).
UK Delivery
Every UK order of in stock item(s) is dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Recorded Postage as standard regardless of the item's size. At ANCHOR & CREW we like to make sure our customers come first and so our standard Recorded option is above and beyond the typical Royal Mail First Class, enabling a degree of postage insurance, basic tracking and a signature-on-receipt. Your item(s) should arrive to a UK address within 2-3 working days (in 99% of occasions, except The Highlands and Channel Islands) and the Royal Mail Recorded Postage is entirely FREE if you spend over £20.00 on your order, or £5.00 as standard if less.
Do you want your order to be guaranteed for the next working day in the UK? With an upgrade at checkout to Special Next Day Delivery, your in stock item(s) will be shipped the same working day and definitely arrive the next working day before 1pm. This method provides extensive postage insurance, detailed tracking information and a signature-on-receipt, and costs £5.00 extra.

For all international shipping addresses, our International Courier Delivery service is entirely FREE if you spend over £50.00 on your order, or £5.00 as standard if less.
- EU customers and orders: there will be no extra import duties or taxes to pay. In accordance with new EU laws effective 1 July 2021, our checkout will charge your local EU country tax rate and these applicable taxes will be paid by us on your behalf to your local tax authorities rather than by you at the time of importing your delivery. Applies to all EU countries of residence.
- All international, non-EU customers and orders: taxes are not charged within your checkout and additional import taxes may be required to be paid to import your delivery. However, many preferential countries also have high import value thresholds in which international deliveries that are sent from United Kingdom and have a customs value under their threshold are also tax and duty free. For example, all of USA / Canada / Norway / Switzerland / Australia / New Zealand are popular countries for ANCHOR & CREW and each have very high import value thresholds. As such, it is very, very likely there will be no extra import duties or taxes to pay.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We work with all of UPS, TNT, DHL and Royal Mail, and will choose the most appropriate delivery provider for the final destination address. Provision of tracking and signature-on-receipt will depend on the destination country and their customs officer policies. We work hard to secure our delivery network and ANCHOR & CREW delivers to Europe, USA and Australasia frequently.
VAT Refunds on International Delivery
All VAT charges are automatically discounted at checkout should you be purchasing from an international address - you do not need to do anything other than proceed through the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please contact us immediately via phone on (+44) 1332 986060 or contact us online to ensure the item has not yet dispatched. Please let us know your name, address details and order number to cancel your order.
When you order any ANCHOR & CREW item(s) online, you are entitled to a cooling off period after dispatch within which you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 28 days. If you wish to return any purchased item(s) you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. If you would like to return your order for a full refund or exchange your item, please contact us via phone on (+44) 1332 986060 or contact us online and we will make suitable arrangements. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including our branded tin packaging and guarantees, within the cooling off period. We cannot accept returns and issue refunds on any used items that are either unwanted or non-faulty.

- UK returns: we recommend that you return items back to us via Royal Mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. Should your return be due to a faulty item within warranty, we will reimburse you fully for the cost of return postage. For unwanted items, we unfortauntely cannot offer a contribution towards the cost of return postage.
- International returns: please return items back to us using a sensible method at a sensible cost, for example, by using USPS for North America. Should your return be due to a faulty item within warranty, we will reimburse you up to the cost of using a sensible method. A sensible method includes using your choice of postal service's standard international shipping and not upgrading to expedited / priority for the sake of being two days faster, nor adding disproportionate insurance. We are independently-owned and our priority will always be fixing your item under warranty, however, should an exaggerated value be requested for reimbursement, we shall cross-check and compare available courier services, and communicate our findings with you. For unwanted items, we unfortauntely cannot offer a contribution towards the cost of return postage.
- For all returns, we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in return-post. Please allow 1 full working day for returns to be processed once they reach us. If your item is being repaired under warranty, we endeavour to complete as quickly as we can. For any required refunds, we will issue yours as soon as your item is received and checked, please allow 1 day for any refund to appear in your account due to bank clearances.
