Terms & Conditions / Your Privacy
We're Always Transparent, But Here's Some More Important Info
In these Terms & Conditions "We" and "us" means ANCHOR & CREW, which is a trading name of Anchor And Crew Ltd. "You" means the person placing an order. "The contract is agreed" by completing and submitting an electronic order form, where you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed. "Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and English statutory and public holidays. By using the website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian. By continuing to use this website, you are indicating that you accept these Terms & Conditions of use.
Ordering From The Official ANCHOR & CREW Website
By completing and submitting an order via the internet, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will be dispatched only once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. Certain steps are followed for a contract to be formed, as described below, after you have placed your order.
1. We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us. If you choose to checkout via one of our alternative payment options of PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay, you may also receive a second confirmation email (please check your junk email folder).
2. When we dispatch your item(s) from our stores, we will send you a confirmation email. This means we formally accept the order, and are obliged to fulfil the order.
We do not have to accept your purchase(s), if for example: we do not have the goods in stock; your payment is not authorised; or there is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods.

Trusted third parties include, for example, our credit card processors (Barclays), our payment gateways (Amazon / Apple Pay / Amazon Pay / Adyen), our delivery couriers (Royal Mail / DHL / FedEx) and so on, who will all process your data only so far as is necessary to perform their specific services. Whenever we collect or process any of your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for example, processing your order's respective card payment, or retaining your order history in your online account to allow for a better customer experience and satisfy our contractural obligation towards offering you product warranties. Each trusted third party may also only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in our contracts with them, and your consent is given for this data exchange at the time you supply your personal data.
We know how much data security matters and we take appropriate steps to protect this for you. We regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly change our back-office operations' passwords to maintain security.
For legal compliance if the law requires us to, we may need to collect and process your data further, for example, we have access to fraudalent credit card attempts and scores that we can pass on to law enforcement to counter criminal activity.
